Your Mission: 

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of our growth and partnership strategy, driving business opportunities that expand our healthcare ecosystem and ensure long-term market success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth & Market Expansion: Develop and implement scalable business development strategies to expand into new markets and revenue streams.
  • Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and industry leaders to maximize business value.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead market entry initiatives, ensuring a seamless launch of new products and services across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze market trends, performance data, and competitive landscapes to refine business strategies and optimize growth potential.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish clear KPIs and success metrics, streamline business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Market Positioning & Value Proposition: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, ensuring strong brand positioning and product-market fit.

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales—preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-driven industries.
  • Deep market knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory landscapes, market trends, and key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in partnership development, negotiation, and high-value deal execution.
  • Strong analytical & strategic mindset, with the ability to turn market data into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Go-to-market expertise, with hands-on experience in launching products/services across new regions.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills - capable of engaging with C-level executives, product teams, and industry partners.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus.
