Your Mission:
As Senior Product Manager – Growth, you’ll take full ownership of our e-commerce platform – from user acquisition to retention. You’ll lead growth initiatives, optimize user journeys, drive performance through data, and scale our product across markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Define & execute growth strategy – Lead acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives through rapid testing.
Optimize UX/UI – Improve navigation, checkout flows, and mobile experiences to drive conversions.
Lead with data – Run A/B tests and translate behavioral data into product decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and UX to ship impactful features.
Scale globally – Launch mobile-first experiences across new markets with localized strategies.
Integrate marketing & SEO – Align product growth with paid campaigns, organic search, and referral tactics.
Stellenanforderungen
Your Profile:
Experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
Proven ability to drive measurable product impact through experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Hands-on knowledge of checkout flows, payment systems, and conversion rate optimization within online marketplaces.
Strong customer empathy and a user-first mindset, with practical experience conducting or partnering on user research.
Solid track record improving user journeys, retention, and engagement across web and mobile platforms, using a channel-agnostic approach focused on delivering seamless, high-conversion experiences.
Highly analytical and data-driven – comfortable defining and monitoring success metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to align teams and present complex ideas clearly.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
