Your mission
As a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing intelligent, AI-based solutions along the customer journey. From the first visit to the shop to automated advice through chatbots to post-purchase communication: you combine customer needs with innovative product solutions. The aim is to increase our conversion rate and customer satisfaction through smart automation, data-driven decisions and excellent user experiences. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of tech, support, growth and external service providers. Your focus is on product strategy, user-centricity and AI enablement.
Your tasks
Strategy & vision: You develop a clear product strategy for AI-supported touchpoints (chatbots, self-service, automation) along the customer experience.
User-centricity: You understand our customers' pain points - before, during and after the purchase - and translate them into functional product solutions.
AI & automation: You identify relevant use cases, select tools and ensure their integration - from conversational AI to automated workflows.
Data work: You use existing data from our data team (e.g. from the CDP) to validate hypotheses, analyse user behaviour and continuously improve your product.
Collaboration: You manage an interdisciplinary setup of devs, CX experts, customer support and business stakeholders.
Conversion & retention: You prioritise features and tests along measurable KPIs - with a strong focus on business impact and customer happiness.
Job requirements
Your profile
Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2C or consumer health environments.
Focus on CX & AI: You have practical experience in building chatbots, automation or AI-supported user communication.
Tool know-how: You are familiar with relevant tools from the AI/CX world (e.g. Intercom, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Langchain, Chatbase, Rebuy etc.).
Data-driven: You effectively use provided usage data and KPIs to make decisions and prioritise optimisations.
Hands-on: You think strategically, but also like to get stuck in.
Language & communication: You communicate fluently in German and English and can present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group - from devs to support.
