Web Developer (m/f/d) Frontend Focus - Remote

Your Mission:

As our new Web Developer (m/f/d), you’ll take the lead on building modular, design-accurate, and high-performing frontend components. You’ll be the bridge between Figma and code, between product dreams and user joy. 

We’re frontend-first, CMS-aware, and allergic to pixel drift. You should be too. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn slick Figma files into pixel-perfect React components 

• Build headless CMS integrations (e.g. with tools like Builder.io)  

• Use Remix, tRPC and TypeScript to deliver full feature flows 

• Focus on performance, accessibility, and smooth animations, because patients deserve better 

• Own your code and push it to production. No gatekeeping, no red tape

Your Profile:

We’re not checking boxes—we’re looking for people who ship with style and care about the craft. 

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience with React + TypeScript 

• Know your way around Remix, tRPC and PostgreSQL 

• Able to translate Figma designs into responsive components with 1:1 accuracy 

• Startup mindset: autonomous, async-friendly, zero ego 

• Fluent English—you’ll be working with a remote team across time zones 

• Bonus: Experience with headless CMS like Builder.io or WordPress 

• Bonus: You understand performance tuning and accessibility standards
